The company supports a competitive coupon policy at http://www.ezcontactsusa.com/index.php?action=temp&name=105_price_match_gurantee , however after placing the order using a 20% coupon named "sunnies" for any sunglasses from Beckensurf.com, the Companies agent informed me by email "You seem to be unclear with our policy; If you find a product that WE sell for a better price anywhere else because of a coupon they offer than we would gladly accept the coupon. Sincerely, Anita". This was after a multi-day email exchange requesting that they support the policy as advertised, while the Company insisted on a more restrictive wording of the policy.
After I did not dissent on this matter, I received an email from the Customer Agent (Lisa) and Supervisor (Susan) that the RayBan product I had ordered on Friday had been backordered and would not be available for 10-15 days, while the Companies web site showed and continues to show the product as "In Stock".
Caveat Emptor, go elsewhere, even eBay sellers have more honest and competitive practices which ARE honored.

The web site clearly states: "Processing takes approximately 1-3 business days (Allow additional 3 days for sunglasses/eyeglasses with Rx)", yet as of 9/12/12 they still had not been shipped. When I contacted them, I was informed that "the frame came in a little later than expected and has gone to the lab, where it should be ready to ship out within the next 2-3 day." The web site also states: "If your order will experience a delay due to a backorder, credit card verification problem, or availability problem. we will notify you via e-mail within 24 hours." Nobody bothered to contact me to let me know that my order would be delayed...I'm the one who had to contact them to see what was going on with my order.
I did, finally, receive my order on 9/18/12, however the moment I took them out of the box I noticed a scratch on the right lens. Again I contact EZContactsUSA.com and was told: "We will definitely send you a prepaid return label along with a return form by the end of the day. As soon as we get it back we will send right back to the lab to have it fixed, and ship them right back to you."
As of 10/16/12, I still did not have this shipping label and I still had glasses that were damaged before I even received them. I contacted EZContactsUSA.com once again and was told that they emailed the label to me on 9/19, yet the only email I received (the one saying they would send the label) did not have anything attached to the message.
Still no shipping label, still damaged glasses, and frankly I am done dealing with these incompetent, unprofessional people. Yes, the prices might be good, but you are better off spending a little more money with a company that believes in QUALITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Again, stay away from EZContactsUSA.com and go somewhere else. Saving a few bucks is not worth the risk of dealing with this kind of nonsense.
