Obscene Constant Phone calls, Constant Written Letter Harassments, Poor Customer Service, Personal name calling, Outrageously Bad behavior by staff including Rated Language, Childish Behavior, 24hour calling, Misuse of proper conduct, Argumentative, Over all Non-stop harassment, Threats of Garnishment, Deception, Rudeness, Phone call harassment, Discrimination, Disregard to Person
On May 16th of 2000 I was garnished for 1380.37 for a vehicle I purchased years earlier by ACE Financial Services. 6years later On July 23,2006 I received a letter reissuing a bill of 1352.59; which I have to pay within 10 days of recipient of a letter from the law offices of Phillips and Burns Inc. After contacting the Newly named company (F.A.F. (FL Auto Fin) Auto Prime I received terrible customer service, and was basically argued with about the bill. I explained having documents of the bill being paid. I also explained that the bill was overpaid back in 2000 by the amount of $28.52, Still, my request for an explanation was still unanswered. Along with this bill I am being threatened of garnishment again, for this collected debt.
SIX YEARS LATER!! On July 28th 2006. I woke up to several calls from a partner of Phillips & Burns INC issuing life threatnening words and Constant Threats of Garnishement for the second time from this same individual. The comapny claims their clients F.A.F. (FL Auto Fin) Autoprime authorized the harassement for an bill I already paid. I explained this to the man with the hardened voice over the phone, He repiled "You must Be on DOPE!" I couldn't believe my ears, and instead of him stopping at that, he continued, "You will pay this bill either the easy or hard way. We will garnish you!" (Dial-tone)
A few minutes later, I recieved another call from this same individual He whispered something in the phone, hung up, and called minutes later. I called the law offices of Phillips and Burns to speak to someone in charge, I was forwarded back to the person whom made the phone calls. At the sound of his voice I hung up the phone. And redialed the number, and spoke to the operator, This person was very nice, He explained the loss of a co-worker which obvioulsy had everyone upset. I figured this was the answer to the harassment, still, no reason to give me trouble,Argumentative, or cursive behavior.
Overall, these companies has given me h**l since 2000! I refuse to let this continue. I have filed several reports. All aiming to stop this Outrageous Behavior. And I want Phillips and Burns To know that I will fight until the end.
