FAFCO Faulty Products, Poor Customer Service, Dishonored Warranty, No Response, Internet
FAFCO ultimately refused to deal with me, the customer, claiming I had to deal with the installer (out of business) or a current dealer. They refused to allow me to speak with an engineer at their company (they probably don't have one!) The dealer who finally helped me lamented how FAFCO does not provide good customer support and that parts are difficult to secure ... despite the 10 year warranty they use to trick customers into thinking the company has quality products. Stay away from this poorly run company with worse customer support.
