Placed an order for a Powerwasher part ie versatile aftermarket wand since the OEM failed and out of warranty. They immediately sublet the order to FAIP, each sending their own invoice and shipping method. After two weeks , i contacted both the Husky powerwashers and FAIP.. NO RESPONSE from either. THis is a totally disreputable company and HOME DEPOT , the folks who carry their products should be made aware of their lack of customer concern.  They fail to communicate, even using their 'if you have a problem, email addy'.

Obviously they must be near bankruptcy or about to go out of business since they show so little concern for sales, customers, and timely delivery. After reading other ripoff complaints on this board concerning this company, its obviously a widespread problem. I'm contacting Home Depot to advise them of this vendors' total lack of concern, follow through , and poor business practices. I'm sure my letter will be addressed by them as a valid customer concern.
