The online dress company, promgowndress.com, aka fashionor.com made a custom gown for my daughter as she is too small for a store bought gown. They verified the measurements and the dress color with a color code and swatch and made the dress. The dress was made in the wrong color and their answer to my email and phone calls was that they did not have the color I ordered so they created it in their substitute color.

The dress color was specifically picked for the affair and all the accessories were bought to match the color ordered. The dress was not received until a 5 days before the affair and could not be replaced in the short time.

Promgowndress.com refused to take the dress back and refund my money. They offered to make the dress in red, my color choice was teal, and have it to me a week after the affair...and get this, charge me a discounted amount of $108 to make a bright red dress for a 14 year old!

The unprofessionalism and disconcerned staff at this sweat shop is frightening if it exists in America. I have been emailing for over 6 months and still have not been able to get anyone on the phone or to answer my questions about a refund.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO ORDER YOUR DRESS. You will be stuck at the last minute with nothing to wear when they send you whatever color material they have lying around and need to get rid of.
