I have continued to receive phone calls from some one stating the name of either Shaun Michael or Michael Adams, which I am sure are false. It is the same person each time with a heavy Indian accent. Threatening me with a law suit and jail time for a supposed loan that I received. I am sick of these people calling me. The police and FBI have been notified and all I get is just hang up on them as there is nothing they can do as these types of companies are to hard to trace. Does anyone have any suggestions?? I would very much appreciate it.

Period - they have been profiled on many news networks - these people hacked into websites and stole information
Just ignore them period - a cease and desist does not work for scam artists
Ignore the call if you can, they will eventually stop calling. most importantly do not let them intimidate you. tell them to send you proof of what you owe.
google cease and desit letter and mail it to them.
tell them if they keep calling that they have the wrong number what do they know?
they can not even speak english. these people can't and won't do anything
