Several years ago, FBK sent a bill for a 5 year supply of septic cleaner. When we called to report that we did not receive any such product, they insisted we pay, stating they had proof, but would not supply it when we asked for it.

Since that time they have called and harassed us repeatedly, and each time we explain that we did not receive any of their product and have denied it since the initial request for payment. They are rude, unprofessional, and threatening. On the most recent call, which was this evening, they stated they would only send us their documentation AFTER we paid them.

At each phone call they offer several different "settlement" price offers that have ranged from $60-$200, and the amount goes up and down in each phone call. It is obvious they are fishing for money using unfounded claims.

They will not stop calling and have now resorted to calling cell and work phones. They are not using a professional collection service, which reeks of rip-off scam.
