FBK Products, Box FBK Products, shipped non-working product and when confronted, customer service said they would have it sent right back and someone from service would call. That call never came, but they did try 3 more times to call and sell me the same product I told them was not working! Boynton Beach Florida

The real owners must have sold the name and formula because the Customer Service Manager Bob is not someone you can even work with. When I got a COLLECTION letter from them after all the promises for customer service to call and work out the problem, I called FBK and was told I had to pay to ship this oped, hazardaous waste back to them. This is not acceptable. I have communicated with FBK four times in 2006 and expect to be refunded the cost of the EnzaPower
