FBK Products, LLC a trial sample shipment only was requested; FBK sent a large order & billed in full.Per call to them, i returned order via UPS; now they threaten collection. I have shipment record. Ripoff Boynton Beach Florida

My original request was for a trial order, I was sent a full order and billed.

When i called to protest the order,FBK representative advised shipping whole order back.

I sent order back via UPS-record of tracking kept. Hwever, FBK sends" notice of collection".

I will followup with needed legal action and contact Washington State att'ny General Fraud Investigation if this continues.
