FBK Products, ripeoff and will not accept product back without still billing Boynton Beach Florida

This company is very rude and inconsiderate they think they can refuse to take their product back and still bill you despite the fact you tried to contact them and were left on hold for long preiods of time and when someone did answer they did not have any idea what to do and just keep transfering you to someone else and think you are not suppose to get agrovated and give up after awhile and then tell you that you did not try to contact them because thier employees are not doing their job and puting information regarding calls in the system i guess to cover their own butts.

I would not recommend anyone have any dealings with this company unless you want to be screwed out of money by very rude people who like to send you thier product with false information of return and then not want you to return their product and tell you if you do they will not accept it and you will still be billed even if you did not use or even open the product and have tried your best to contact the company who is so dishonest they will not even admit to that.
