FBK Products Unauthorized charges on checking acct for travel co's & other unknown companies. On-line Florida

The company calls endlessly, they attempt to sell add't services, claiming that they are necessary (ie.warranty), even though they claim their product is already guaranteed. They billed our checking account (without authorization) under several different business names for bogus travel plans, that we never heard of, nor would ever purchase. "GLOBAL TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL" & "JOURNEY PASS 2" & "RESERVATION REWARDS", "FAMILY FUNTIME REWARDS", none of which were ever authorized, they claimed that when they spoke to someone on the phone at our residence that we agreed to it, when asked for a copy of the recorded call, they couldn't come up with it.

They continued to charge our checking acct even without authorized, which eventually led us to close our acct and get a new one after having the same acct for over 30 yrs. They are ruthless and misrepresent their purpose and product. They guarantee their product (but its stated only for 30 days after receipt (what happens then, doesn't it take awhile for the product to work?).
They continue to call even after requesting/demanding not to call us any more.
I believe they need to be thoroughly investigated.
