My husband enrolled in this a couple years ago, and we noticed everything was paid late and got added charges. Anytime you called they made some excuse or another. Now that they have closed and transeferred to American Debt, I phoned them after getting call from credit card companies wanting money. So after receiving all these calls I called American Debt, stressed to to the limit since I am dealing with this since my husband is deployed to Iraq and I am trying to not get him worried. Here in the transfer FCCC stated to American those were paid in full. So they did not make payment to them. Turns out they weren't paid in full, so now we are back where we started a few years ago. I then asked American Debt if we would be getting back our money we paid up front $700.00 and were told we would get back at the end of the program once the debt was paid in full. American had no idea what i was talking about and said that FCCC did not forward on any payments to reimburse to the consumer. And advised me to check the internet for any onformation and contact an attorney. So again we are out money, now to get an attorney we are out more money. this man who ran FCCC needs to be put in jail for stealing from so many unsuspecting americans. Its ridiulous our debt should have been paid off by now but no, looks like a couple more years. But on a good note, American seems to be paying on time, and very helpful.
