FCNB Card Processing Center, Speigel, Newport News FCNB Card Processing Center, ripoff NO STATEMENT SENT so you get LATE FEE, no customer service ripoff OLD BETHPAGE New York

Since July 2003 I have been charged late fees by this Company for no reason other than they are sending out their statements VERY VERY VERY LATE so by the time the statement gets to you you have already gone beyond the time it takes to get it mailed all the way back to NY. Then BAM the next thing you know you are starting to accure all of these late charges at 35.00 a billing cycle. I thought it happening once was my fault but NOW I see what is going on. This company is trying to collect, for this bankrupt Speigel/Newport News account by SCAMMING all of the card holders by doing this...then when you call them there IS NO ONE that answers the phone at all!

I am reporting this to the WASHINGTON STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE, AND I AM ALSO CALLING DATELINE NBC.

WE ALL NEED TO DO THE SAME THING!!!!!!

THIS IS NOT A ISOLATED INCIDENT....MORE...MAKE SURE YOU GET THE BALANCE ON THAT CARD PAID OFF BEFORE ALL YOUR OTHER CARDS...DID YOU SEE THEY INCREASED THE INTEREST RATE WITH OUT NOTIFIING YOU ALSO.
