FCNB - Speigel Capital One Fraudulent Reporting to Credit Bureaus Richmond Virginia

The better business bureau is worthless in trying to resolve a complaint agaisnt capital one in my problem capital one lied to the better business bureau about me about when i made a complaint agaisntr them for their harassment about the charged-off account, if the better business bureau reports that the company made good faith effort in trying to resolve my complaint which means they did nothing to resolve the complaint to my satfictation.The better business bureau told me not to make anymore complaints agaisnt capital one because the better business bureau experince the company address all issues of my complaint this is wrong! capital one bold faced lied about me to the better business bureau, capital one did not address all of the issuses about my complaint this is just an excuse the better business bureau uses just to hide what capital one as really done to me, all capital one done to me was agrue to death with my complaint agaisnt them & the better business bureau was prejudice because the better business bureau is on capital ones side which in most cases the better business bureau is on the businesses side because the businesses pays the better business bureau off for them not to take any action when you file any complaints.The, better business bureau as treated me like shit in trying to resolve complaints agaisnt capital one, to date the problem remains unresolved to how capital one as treated me about this account harassed me talked rude&nasty towards me & as basically runined my credit! to wear i cannot get any credit in the future.Capital one, & the better business bureau as wronged me very bad this is not how the better business bureau is suppose to treat consumers the better business bureau is suppose to be for the consumer not the business.We have rights agaisnt this kind of abuse from credit card companys like capital one why bother to file complaints is the better business bureau is not going to try to resolve anything, capital one did not fully address my issues like the better business bureau reports capital one ripped my money off & as ruined my credit i need not to apply for credit because i will just get turned down & not need to put inquires on my credit file because that with futher ruin my credit rating as much as capital one as ruined my credit rating people do have financial diffuclties but these ruthless pigs could careless about your money problems if you cannot pay anything you can't & these business as to realize this & we get put down bye people who as no money problems & get made fun of because we can't pay our bills i guessi don't deserve to live or have anything because i have finincial diffuclties, people don't have the right to make fun of anybody who as money problems & can't pay their bills ontime just because they have no money problems because they have good paying jobs i hate people who think they are better then everybody else & who thinks their lives are so much better because they are rich that just shows their stupity&ignorance, i hate people who shows their ignorance.These companys like capital one could care less how hard your life is or your problems they are out to take advantage of everybody & try to ruin their lives i hate capital one very bad for how i was treated bye them1 they are nothing but scum of the earth & ruthless pigs!.

Capital one is all out to take advantage of people & to ruin their credit files like how they have treated me, the attorney general of virginia made a good choice in filing a law suit agaisnt these mob people for how they mistreat & abuse people & make them feel like scum like how they made me feel of course capital one denied any wrong doings like any other business would deny their fraudlent & decepitve pratices which capital one engages in they deserve to be sued after what they put people threw, they need to look at the number of ripoff reports agaisnt them they are a bad company to deal with because they are out to take advantage of you either way they can they are nothing but ruthless pigs from their unprofessional rude conduct i never will do any kind of business with capital one again! for how i was treated bye these pigs & scum capital one will just have to except the criticism for the people whom they harass beware capital one all the people who you harass will be filing a class action lawsuit which i will gadly join to get my money for damanges i have suffered from them! ruthless pigs & scum people!.

Capital one needs to read these ripoff reports about them in order for them to change on how they treat & talk towards people with their unprofessional manners capital one are nothing but a bunch of idiots who could care less about peoples problems & financial problems they do not care how they get their money they will harass you & abuse you till the end!.

I to have had an account with FCNB spiegel in 06/01 that became a charge off due to financial difficulties i could no longer pay on the account, so spiegel charged the account off on my credit files Then around 11/03 capital one is reporting the same amount of money that i owed to spiegel.I called capital one
& they could not have been nastier to the people i spoke with at capital one they claimed that they had purchased my account from spiegel & they are demanding that i pay them the money i argued with capital one telling them that spiegel is reporting this to my credit files & they cannot report the same account twice! capital one was very rude & nasty toward me, telling me that they will make me pay i argued & fought with capital one for a year about this problem, i was also being turned down for credit i did not know why i was being turned down for credit sense spiegel removed this account from my credit files & i ordered a copy of my credit files & that was when i found capital ones account on my credit files, then around 07/04 i decided to just pay capital one also capital one agreed to settle for less then the amount owed i paid them & the account was settled or i thought, capital one removed this account from my credit files one year previous again capital one is reporting this account fraudlent to my credit files after once of removing this account to my credit files.Capital one as decimated my credit rating & i cannot obtain anymore credit anymore, capital one as fraudulent reported this account to my credit files & as failed to provide proof that they have purchased this account.
