For those of us whom FCNB has sent to collection after we were harassed once week or month. When sent to collection they still fix it where you can't get out of paying. Well after all my months of fighting I finally was able to get a reasonable paidoff agreement. I paid that agreement back in 2001. FCNB still has it on my credit report as still being owed and since its so old told me to contact the credit bureau its their problem now.
