WARNING: IF YOU USE FEDEX, YOU COULD LOSE YOUR REPUTATION AND WORSE.

We thought UPS topped the charts for bad service, rude delivery and management people, and mysteriously lost shipments, but FEDEX GETS THE PRIZE FOR being the OVERALL WORST SERVICE AND DANGEROUS TO YOUR HEALTH.

In the past we have had envelopes of legal docs sailed out the window of passing FEDEX vans over the wall and into our yard and packages hung from trees at the end of the driveway.

We were going to let all the nonsense from FEDEX go until a few weeks ago when we wanted to send a tracked envelope inside an envelope to an embassy in Washington DC. First we phoned FEDEX to see if it could be done and at what cost. We were told by BIANCA that it could be done for about $8. Then we went to the FEDEX office in Sacramento at 3100 Folsom and asked to send the envelope. Two authoritative and stupid women informed us it could not be done. Then a very officious dwarf popped up from behind the counter and announced it could only be done if we opened an account with FEDEX and that doing so would only take a couple of minutes (They probably get a commission for getting you to open an account). So we were told to go over to a computer in the corner where we spent 20 minutes telling Fedex our life story and finally got exasperated so left the store and went to UPS and did it for $9, no muss no fuss even though they gave us the wrong tracking numbers blah blah blah.

But a few days later we started getting email spam, unwanted phone calls and urgent deliveries from FEDEX. We have tried to cancel all this but do not know if it is possible.

Beware of getting conned into opening an account with FEDEX!

But by far the most egregious FEDEX incident occurred last February when I received a phone call from JARED HODGE at the Austin, TX office saying they could not deliver a small package because I had pulled a gun on one of their drivers. I was appalled. I have never pulled a gun on anyone and told this to Hodge and demanded to know where the information came from. Hodge told me he got it from FEDEX SECURITY. I demanded to talk to the person at FEDEX SECURITY who said this and Hodge gave me the runaround. He said he would have someone call me. Meanwhile I called the sheriffs department and asked if anyone had ever filed such a complaint against me. They had no such record.

Later, Hodge called me back and said it was a rumor and I should forget it. I said I wanted to know the name of the person who started the rumor and when it was started. I demanded to talk to FEDEX SECURITY. Hodge became belligerent and told me that if I were going to make trouble, he would see to it that FEDEX would stop delivering to me altogether and that other things might start happening to me. He said he was the last word on this and I could speak to no one else about it.

I told JARED HODGE that I took such accusations quite seriously and would be going over his head whether he liked it or not.

I phoned 800 463 3339 and told KELLY DRIVER in DALLAS the story. She transferred me to IRIS MOORE, who described herself as a Customer Advocate in the FEDEX CORPORATE EXECUTIVE OFFICES. She transferred me to the FEDEX CEO Office, and I talk to SARA SPLAWN, who said she would have THOMAS BEEMAN, FEDEX Managing Director for Home Delivery phone me. She refused to tell me BEEMANs number or his location. I never heard from this BEEMAN character.

Later in the day I got a call from JEFF GARZA, supposedly at FEDEX SECURITY. He refused to provide any information as to the origin or cause of the rumor and said it was a dead issue. I explained to Garza that this accusation had caused me a great deal of anxiety because I now had a reputation as a gunman or thug and that I valued my reputation highly. After all, it is all I really have. I wanted to know the source of this rumor and wanted to clear my name. He said he would look into it and call me back. He never did.

A week later I spoke to my lawyer about it. He laughed and said that it was clear to him that JARED HODGE AT FEDEX IS A LIAR and that HODGE simply wanted an excuse not to deliver my package because they have to pay an independent to come out to my place since I was a couple miles outside a small town. So as far as he was concerned the rumor originated with HODGE, who is obviously a bully and an unprincipled sonofabitch and that FEDEX should fire him if they had not already. JEFF GARZA was simply acting as HODGES toady. On the other hand, he said, FEDEX is not exactly known for clean dealing and might be deliberately hiring bullies to save money. Most people, he noted, will eat these kinds of things it is the New America. And FEDEX knows it.

Bad as it is, The United States Postal Service is still the best way to ship. Use it instead.

BULLS**T !!

Your wild ravings about legal docs sailing outs FedEx trucks and packages from said trucks hanging in the trees, among many other wild, unsubstantiated rants point to one thing....you should seek medical help.

But, you've convinced me, I'm sending a package to Denver and was going to use UPS, but now I think I'll sent it FedEx....if YOU don't like FedEx, I'm pretty sure they're an okay company.

Ever hear that people that talk with emotion reflect their own personality? Check out the OPs words..."belligerent, appalling, bully, rude, unprincipled sonofabitch". All those tems can definately be used about this OP. (does that make him an 'officious dwarf' too?) maybe you really didn't wield that gun, OP, but you sure sound like the type that could.

Boy, leave it to FedEx to be on top of things. I just got a call from my boss and he canned me for my previous rebuttle. Now that I'm a disgruntled FedEx employee, I think I will go on a rampage like Bubba.

If you want better service, use UPS or even USPS. Those employees are of divine descent. FedEx employees are not just regular human beings trying to make a living like other carrier employees, but rather evil creatures from the firey depths that were put on this world to undermine human decency. To even catagorize the global FedEx work force the same as the UPS and USPS workforce is just plain ignorance. The personal lives of FedEx people and UPS/USPS people are galaxies apart. That should be obvious, right? And FedEx can take their ten bucks, roll it up in a Next Day Air envelope, and stick it where only the stinky flies.

Was that good, Bubba? You like? Wanna be friends? I was just kinda afraid that you might do something nasty to my rear end if we ever shared the same prison cell.

Chill pill? That's not very nice. A full lobotomy would be more effective.

First of all, I have not operated a shipping facility utilizing all carriers for over a decade. I'm just an average Joe Blow that needs an income. So when I heard that FedEx was hiring to pay people like me to cruise the internet and rebuttle complaints about them, I jumped on the opportunity. They pay $10 per verified hit, and I can do up to 500 a day. Cool, huh? OK...now to earn my big bucks...

I am going to start by confusing the gullible little people out there: No one pays anyone for retorts in this site. In fact, this site's creator is under charges for illicit operation of this site. This site is used only to generate revenue. It wants derogatory comments in an attempt to charge a fee (a very large fee) to remove the slander about one's business, though the site initially claims that it will never remove any complaints.

To accuse anyone that expresses an opinion to actually be being paid by the accused reflects paranoia that goes well with the weak self esteem reflected in this complaint. In fact, using the logic of this whiny complaint would be to state that the author is being paid to pee all over a corporation such as FedEx, in an attempt to prompt FedEx into paying a fee to remove this absurd complaint. <<<<NEWS FLASH>>>> This site is used primarily for entertainment purpose and, with a little rational contemplation, normal intelligence will show that no complaint in this site will ever affect or alter the activity of any business.

In authoring this complaint, basic credibilty aspects were violated. Rage polluted the ability for readers to interpret the problem. There is evidence of twisted and/or exaggarated accusation. The author also uses unfounded speculation to enforce the complaint. Perhaps the worst is the childish trailertrash grammar and name-calling used to convey hatred. The negative energy eminating from the composition portrays the author's personality disorder far more than one specific concern. When the FedEx complaint gets old, this sniveling person will inevitably find another target to lash at. This simply shows everyone else that this individual has deep rooted emotional challenges and suffers daily while attempting to drag other's down to self medicate their own inferiority complex. Basically, anyone (other than this OP) can easily understand that this OP must have been painfully abused in life, and now actually believes that the same yelling, slander, name calling, belittling, etc., will hurt other's. Sorry, OP, doesn't happen that way. With your attitude and means of conveying any message, you've only made a fool of yourself.

Geez...I was just thinking... Fedex only pays me ten bucks per and I need to find another complaint. I know! I'll just copy this OP's complaint, polish it up a bit, and resubmit it elsewhere. That way I can make another ten spot. FedEx is a decent company, but I don't think they're paying me enough. I like UPS better anyways. I'm going to see if they cough up more for this grunt work. (My loyalty is where the money is.) As far as the 'post office', they receive far more rational complaints than FedEx has, but they pay squat for this work.

To the unhappy OP: Shall we assume that the taste of beer and the scent of bourbon revolts you? Then why does your composure mimmick the same content as an alcoholic's?

Not everyone who comments against you works for the company.  In fact, I'm pretty sure 99.9% of those people don't work for the company.

CHILL PILL IS A FEDEX COMPANY MAN

AUTHOR: BUBBA - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, September 15, 2011

The corporations and others are spending a lot of money to destroy or discredit anyone who makes complaints about them on the internet. When they don't have the moral force or evidence to sue, they resort to this kind of smear tactic.

This comment was likely made by a paid (by Fedex) internet complaint hit man. Naturally Fedex would contrive any way possible to discredit me and my accusations except to answer honestly and apologize for its outrageous behavior..

"we have had envelopes of legal docs sailed out the window of passing FEDEX vans over the wall and into our yard and packages hung from trees"

Get a friendlier attitude and don't be such a difficult customer.

"I now had a reputation as a gunman or thug and that I valued my reputation highly"

Your complaining did more to spread the rumor than anyone at FedEx.
