F.E.H. Transportation A client waited from 12:30 P.M.until after 3:00 P.M. to be picked up from a doctor's office. Johns Creek, Georgia

My friend uses transportation services to and from the doctor's office. This friend is in a wheelchair. He/she called FEH at 12:30 P.M. to be picked up from the doctor's office. An hour later, no one came. Between 12:30 P.M. and 3:30 P.M. several calls were made to this transportation company by my friend and he/she was told that they were on the way after the first call. After subsequent calls my friend was told that they were stuck in traffic. Three hours is a long time to be stuck in traffic on a Wednesday, in the middle of the day, during spring break.
