FIA Card Services Fraud by FIA Fraud investigation services WILMINGTON, Delaware

I found out that my Ex-husband had multple credit cards in my name when I pulled a credit report after our separation. He never allowed me to check the mail, and I know why now. I reported it to the different credit card companies and filed a police report. All the credit card companies cancelled the cards and wrote them up as fraud at first.

FIA Card Services supposingly investigated the fraud statement by me, and they are yet to show me where I signed for any credit card receipts or signed to initiate the account, which I had no knowledge of. The investigator called my new boy friend, and told him to have me call the number that they gave him. I am not sure how they got his number.

It has been months, and I am yet to talk with the investigator. I have left many messages, and they are threatening to put a lien or wage garnishment against me. I have never had a credit card in my life, and my ex-husband secretly paid the account for over a year until our separation. He had to sign all the receipts, yet FIA Card Services will not show me a receipt that I signed because I have never signed one.

I am being frauded by the very fraud investigators that are suppose to investigate and do what is right. I will gladly pay for anything that I signed for including opening this account, but FIA knows that I didn't sign for anything. They choose to destroy my credit and threaten me when the sorry peace of crap that I was married too pays nothing.

I guess that FIA fraud investigators would have to return one of my many calls to find out all this information. I guess that they would have to really investigate something. I would not use FIA Card Servises, if they were the only means that I had to get a heart transplant.

I was told by one of the other credit cards when I filed the fraud report that credit card companies had a number of days to get it off my credit, but it has almost been a year with the harrassment still coming by FIA CardServices.
