My father has been ripped off numerous times by this outfit. The old man has borderline dementia and can no longer distinguish between legitimate honest offers and this type of rip-off.
I filed a complaint against them with the Illinois Attorney General's Office (Consumer Protection Division). You may wish to do the same thing by writing to the Attorney General in your state.
