I got into this mess as well because I had bad credit, I thought this was the way to go to get another computer for work, so I decided to do this but as soon as I clicked submit I found out that I would have to pay $155.96 a month to Pcsforall, but I don't think I can get out of the contract, I already signed mine and sent it on its way to them. I don't think they would send my money back,plus it costs $175.00 to cancel the contract, I went to the BBB website and I found out that there were a lot of people who canceled their contracts because of delay in shipments and refusal to refund their money, and then it said to contact National Arbitration Forum if you have a problem (arb-forum.org)but then if you contact the National Arbitration Forum then you will have to pay $300 non-refundable fee.

Since you didn't sign the contract, you did not agree to the terms. Therefore, you are entitled to your money back. But, I strongly urge you as soon as possible, to contact your bank's 1-800 number for checking account complaints. Tell them that this company has been taking money from your account without your permission. The bank will then initiate a charge back.

They will immediately credit your bank account for the money taken. You must do this as soon as possible. Preferably tomorrow or Sunday (if the hotline is running). I called my bank this summer about Financing Alternatives taking money, and they credited all 2 months of my payments. If the customer rep did a "verbal recording" where you agree to a few terms s(he) listed, then they tell you that is legally binding. That is a crock of bull.

There is nothing that legally binds you. In a court of law, you could state that they entered you in a contract which you had not received yet. A contract they mail to you. But, since Financing Alternatives only allows you to the option of binding arbitration, they are knowingly admitting that this evidence could hurt them in court. If all of us banded together and presented this evidence, we could ruin them. But Financing Alternatives doesn't allow contract holders to join in a class action suit.

Basically, Financing Alternatives tramples on our constitutional rights to trial by a jury when damages exceed $20.00. Sounds like Mr. George H. Christian is quite the entraprenuer. He "discretly defrauds people" by deception, but not to be noticed by the average person. I hope the FBI concludes their investigation and finds this company should be shut down.
