I had made an online purchase for the acaipure dietary supplement pills back in september 2008. It was a free 30 day trial and you just pay for the $5.95 shipping fee ! as soon as i recieved the product and tried it i cancelled so i wouldnt be charged for future shipments. Not knowing that the acaipure company had sold my credit card information to the FIT FACTORY i have been getting charged 39.95 a month since september of 2008.
its my fault for not noticing it sooner so now im in a run around fight to get my funds back to my credit card account! customer service is no help at all , all they do is argue back at you and repeat them selves over and over again! they said they will reimburse me back for 4 months of payments but they have been stealing funds from my credit card and thats wrong so im demanding a full refund on a purchase i never made! some one please help i need some justice here!!! credit card fraud is a serious crime...how can they keep getting away with this!!!!

It offers our customers a personal trainer you can converse with daily, pictures, music links; it offers links to recipes and menu planning. This program also offers a variety of diets for special needs that can be customized to fit your weight loss goals.
All pertinent information is provided for you before entering any method of payment information for your supplement. This provides you access to all the terms and disclosures as well as Customer service numbers for your product and the companion program that accompanies it for great support and success with your product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to locate an account for this customer as she has not left her full name for us, but, if she had contacted our customer service number provided on the email and next to her charge on her bank statement we would have been very happy to assist her with her Fit Factory program.
