When ordering on line i got a message that the Visa method of ordering was not acceptable or at least that they could not process the order for $47. This is probably due to the fact that the card I submitted is a bank card and not a credit card .
I thought that was the end of it vand I did not expect to receive anything in the mail nor any charges.
When I received the package in the mail I did not open it and wanted to return it but upon checking , there was a whole "how to" which made it a complicated issue for something that shoul'nt have transpired in the first place.
I have just received my bank statement and noticed that not only was a withdrawal done for $47 but for an additional $97. for something I have no knowledge of. I have requested that all these items be cacelled and refunded. My bank is conduction an investigation into their method of transfering the credit card method over to a bank card- debit method of taking the money.
