FLAT RATE MOVERS LLC SCAM/BANNED FROM MOVING COMPANYS/DOES NOT PAY EMPLOYEES!!! ATLANTA, Georgia

I was working for yayir knafo while using the company name advantage movers and then later on flat rate movers llc. I noticed all kinds of shady stuff with this company from the get go. I was told from my supervisor "Alex" ( he was at one point a personal friend and his name is not Alex) to do whatever it takes to get them to put a deposit and E-sign the contract. The way that i would come up with the prices that i was giving to the customers was taking there inventory down and whatever the total number of cubic feet was i would take off about 15-55 cubic feet that way we were quoting them on a smaller total volume of space so our price would be even cheaper then our competitors.

My main problem with yayir knafo is the fact that he is refusing to pay me the money that he owes me. My rent is due on the 1st and then on the 3rd he told me that i would not be working for him anymore, (which i did not mind seeing as half the jobs i booked they were never able to pick them up on time so the customer would cancel and then all the time i spent talking with that person was for nothing and i would not be paid) He wanted me to overnight ship him my phone and when i told him that it was the 2nd and he did not pay me yet and i did not have any money to do it he told me " well thats not my fucking problem that you dont have the money, just figure it out and you will be paid". Well i was not able to borrow the money until the next day and when he found out that i wasnt able to overnight ship it(which im 100% sure that i would not be compensated for the $40-$50 overnight fee) he sent me a text message saying " well since you did not send me the phone you can just forget about it and keep it, but do not expect any money from me".

This guy has done all kinds of horribly wrong stuff to me and to customers, i do not even want to go into all the stuff that customers have called me saying about him lol. he has called customers "stupid bitches, dumbasses, fucking liars" just to name a few. And i know for a fact that he is not even allowed to have any kind of position with a moving company. He thinksthat americans are a joke and he is simply here because he sais" This is America, you can do whatever you want and get away with it". Well I for one am going to do everything in my power to make sure that at the very least i make it soooo hard for him to obtain buisness,that he will just give up.This is one of the reasons that our country has gotten worse and we are in the situation we are in financially, because guys like this come over to America and literally RAPE the American dream by taking advantage of trusting customers. And to be honest our own government is partially to blame, by not looking into this guy more and actually keeping a eye on him after he had all kinds of problems in the court system back in 2008. I mean he was fined like $300,000 and banned from ever having ANYTHING to do with with a moving company, but that was not enough i think. I believe that after commiting all these horrible acts that he was found guilty of in 2008, and with the fact that he is still doing more and more of these offenses everyday he needs to be sent back to Israel or put in jail. If a mexican that is LEGAL commits a crime like this he is deported, THEN WHY NOT THIS GUY???
