I should've known better than to get scammed again. Ticketmaster/IAC/Entertainment Rewards already got me and Hydroderm almost got me. I initially tried to order this stuff thru ABC Distributing. At first it was on backorder but they eventually cancelled it from my order automatically thank goodness.

My 7 yr old has never forgotten about this stuff since seeing it on TV. I ordered it on the internet today and the ordering process is really tricky. I ordered the regular FLOAM pack for 19.95. They asked me if I wanted to get the purple and white tub for $5 more. I say yes then they start asking me if I want other things at special prices etc. I say no to all these and then hit submit. They don't show your order before you confirm or anything like they should. I ended up ordering the FLOAM pak and the Family FLOAM pak 19.95+24.95 and then I notice the shipping is $15.90 for a total of $60.80.

I try emailing both customer service email addresses they give you on the site. Nothing really happened with that so I called the 1-800 number on the site and waited for 25 minutes on hold but finally Becky picked up and said that my order wouldn't download on her system for 24-48 hours. She advised me to call back then and I could make any changes I wanted to my order. She said they are in Wisconsin and have about 6 people out today with the flu and that Mondays are always their busiest day. She also gave me another email address which was cscfloamusa.tv. I haven't tried this one yet but suspect that since I already got an order confirmation emailed to me that the 24-48 download time is really just a ploy to give my bank enough time to pay them.

I will call back tomorrow or the next day to see what they say. I'm going to ask for a refund. I will let you all know what happens.

I suppose my order cancellation was processed as I've incurred no bank charges to my account. I purchased 3 tubs of the stuff yesterday at Target at $6.99 each. They weren't much bigger than tuna cans. I can hardly wait to see if/how this stuff works. Although my son is worth it, this process hasn't been. I would recommend to you that if your child sees this ad, change the channel immediately. Get he/she anything else. Don't fool with this stuff.

After waiting two days, I called the FLOAM people back and requested a refund. She found my order and then said okay, it's cancelled. My bank account hasn't been charged anything to date so I'm hoping it's cancelled with no further hassle. We'll see if it's really that easy.
