This organization (www.floam.com THILL, SAS group) is such a scam I feel compelled as a moral imperative to do all I can to help others & try to force them into legitimate business practices. I too was scammed when the added charges to my credit card that I did NOT authorize, they false advertised, they left NO means to review purchases & a phone number that is busy ALL day. I canceled my order 24.95 + 6.95 shipping that turned out to be 80+ dollars within 5 minutes of the order & when I found the link above it gave numbers to live voices (of course by then it was 'already processed'.)

1. Call right away - especially the numbers provided above, email the customerservice@thillco.com, leave the voicemail, show them that YOU tried and THEY failed

2. Call your credit card/bank right away and tell them especially if you didn't authorize the total they are charging you

3. Don't accept the package when they finally decide to ship (especially if you were duped out of shipping - like my 6.95 that ended up being over $20)

4. MOST IMPORTANT: get the word out if you got scammed, Better Business, Attorney General

I urge all of you to report them to the better business bureau, the attorney general & any other means to get the word out and have authorities take action. Think of all the families that probably couldn't afford it to begin with, got scammed out of much more than they realized, if they do get it - wait until they see the size and they probably don't do anything because they think their voice won't matter. That is why I am doing this because those unheard voices DO COUNT!!!

All the complaints against Thill and SAS are true. I worked there almost 2 years and I seen the deceptive business practice Thill has. A TV station had come in because of complaints and Russ Thill would not comment on camera, as he states. SAS is the vendor for many of the products Thill has. Products are sent to customers broke, not complete and not of quality. The returns were outrageous. They treat customers VERY terrible and the employees worse. Check out WI/Oshkosh bad business and guess who you will find? DAH>>>> The employees re not trained as they state and I know how rude they can be to customers. They will transfer into vm when the call is announced it is an upset customer. There was one supervisor, Susan that stated to a customer FU she was not repremanded for this at all. There is no business ethics there and they rip people and employees off. Oh by the way... our payroll checks bounced sometimes.
Please be aware when ordering any products. Check the product out, where it is sent from and do not order from their automated system. Very misleading and then you are stuck. Gene Sabo is the owner of SAS in Tarrytown NY. BEWARE
