FMA Alliance Dishonest, Rude, Disrespectuful Ripoff Houston Texas

Every time I call, FMA Alliance is very rude to me. This particular time (May 24, 2007), Ms. Morris answered the phone and went to put me on hold, but accidentally put me on speaker phone. She was making derogatory remarks about my character, integrity, and ability to pay and I heard her. I was hesitant to start making payments on this account because I am not even positive if it is mine, but it has been affecting my ability to establish any type of good credit. So I just started making payments here and there. The managers as well as the service workers are mean, hateful, rude, and heartless. Unless I am paying them exactly how much they want on their time schedule, they refuse to be of any assistance. I repeatedly asked them not to curse, yell, and disrespect me, but they refused. I have asked several times for them to provide documentation that this account is in fact mine, and they refused. I have repeatedly asked them to provide some type of documentation that this account is linked to me, but they just went on and on about how I wontt get a job, I wont get into college, and I will have no type of personal life unless I pay their debt. I was told that nothing positive will happen in my life with regards to money because of this debt. It was unreal. The workers lied, laughed and cursed at me on the phone. I couldnt believe what was happening. Something needs to be done with the way creditors speak to people. Something also needs to be done as far as the ability to verify a debt. It is unnecessary to be cursed and yelled at by a collection agency, just because you have questions or are concerned about a debt.
