Ford Motor Credit, Attorney Seidberg Law Offices threatened, hounded, lost work due to illness, took vehicle after missing only 2 paymnts. Mesa Arizona

starting in 2003 after foolishly leasing another vehicle from ford motor credit,with ballooned payments.I got very ill from kidney problems. Causing me to loose time from work. Being hounded day and night by fords callers.
Attempting to make the payments as best as I could, I had even asked the girl from ford if I could pay 250 from one check and
250 from the next one. I was flat out told that "No!It had to be the full amount!" Then she started threatening repossesion if it wasn't paid in full. Well 3 days befor X-mas they repo-ed the truck.
Now after spending almost 2 months in the hospital for kidney failure, I'm being hounded by FMC's bulldogs Seidburg Law offices
stating I'm being sued by ford for almost eight grand.
They've called my folks even while I was hospitalized 'harassing'
them about the near 8000 dollars fmc claims I owe. Still experiencing health problems.
I received a call just the other night from the "dogs", with a very threatening tone and were even asking if I was filing for disability.Probably just to see if they could get their hands on that.
I probably won't be able to get back to work for another month, yet they still hound me.
Apparently the only important thing in this world is money,greed.
Not the health and value of a life and family. What good is money if there's no one to share it with.
If anybody out there has any suggestions....I could use a few.

I was very interested when I was reading the young mans story about Fairlane motors, reason being, that was the exact same way, that took place in my situation. The only difference, My hours were cut and I had little money not only that the car had major electrical problems.The loan was for 14,000 dollars, I paid 5549, when the car was repoed, the following month the car was sold for 9,000 and change. In the summer of 2008 only being back working not quite a year, and I go to pick up my check and my wages have already been garnished! Seidberg Law firm had garnished my wages and on the papers they claimed to have served me I was 6' 3' caucasion woman and I refused to give my birthday? First of all I'm 5' 2, and I'am African American. When all of this took place, I was not able to turn this around and get my finances in order and that left myself and my children homeless. Being that Seidberg consist of such wonderful people, they picked up the eviction as another conquest.
In the beginning I stated that the loan was for 14,000 and I paid 5549, the amount that I was being sued for was for 18,989? this is 2013 and in reality this debt should be paid but I'am still paying on this and I'am unable to support myself and I had no luck in getting any help in getting this resolved. I don't understand how these people were able to get away with this and no one checks and they have not been held accountable, I went to the attorney generals office just to have it on record of what these people are up to. I've contacted the mayors office more than once, no one has ever contacted me. I've been in contact with some companies where they have claimed to help and I made copies of all this paperwork and answered all these questions and a huge amount of time goes by and then they spring it on you we can't help you. I can't afford a lawyer or this would have been resolved and they know that!
