FNA GROUP POWERWASHER MYSTERIOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES..THEY SELL JUNK THAT THEY WON'T BACK UP!! Elk Grove Village Illinois

I purchased a power washer last June from Target that was manufactured by these people....The FNA GROUP, which appears nowhere on the box or paperwork, Target had to look up who this manufacturer was. ( "POWERWASHER" PW1800-U ) I should have know better after seeing that there was no real Brand name anywhere on the box or unit itself...just "Powerwasher". The only contact info was a web address & "chat line" that they never answer. NO PHONE NUMBER LISTED ANYWHERE!! The only way I was able to speak with someone was that Target got me a phone number.
I used the unit once for about an hour last summer, when I took it out a couple days ago, it leaked horribly and the nozzle wouldn't work. The company "Manager" wouldn't honor the problem!!! He said I would have to pay for the parts to repair it! He didn't care that his product lasted an HOUR! So if you'd like to spend $99 to do an hour of powerwashing...then throw it away, THEN THIS IS THE PRODUCT TO BUY!! Absolute Junk, and that's after not even performing very well right out of the box!!
