I Bought a 1999 ford Expedition on Febuary 3,2012 was told to bring it back on saturday 2-4-2012 but call first ..so I called and they said bring it in on Monday 2-6-2012 so I did they said we dont have the parts yet, and I told them that it still has a shimmy and the transmission slips, they told me theres nothing they can do bring it to the place that does our warranty, I told them it is not a warranty issue it is a pre existing problem dan didnt want to hear it he was quite rude and a jerk. he thinks his steroid muscles will scare you. well I didnt get no where with them, im stuck with the vehicle and all its problems, i am looking into a lawyer to see if they can help and the lemon law arbitrator. If I had more people i'd picket that place so no one else gets ripped off. stay away from them...

Look stupid..read what we all wrote I guess we are all wrong and there right to sell to people that dont know much about mechanics and rely on someone to be honest with them in buying from them..how stupid are you. but thanks for the laugh and many of us needed that ... they rip people off and thats ok??? what a jackass... PEOPLE READ ALL THAT PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY HERE ABOUT THEM!!! dont listen to ohhh its your fault, in a way it was our fault...for trusting them in the first place and going there. but now all i can do is WARN OTHERS!!! So please stay away from them.....

You say there were too many problems to list??? Why then did you buy the car? Smart! But then they diid a repo because YOU didn't live up to YOUR END of the contract. Real, real smart! Yes..start a deadbeat lawsuit. We all need some laughs!

I bought a 1999 Expedition from these thieves, and they did same thing to me, my tranny never got repaired, or windows or welll theres to much to list, I was dumb not having someone look at it first. they repoed mine and they can have it. i still have the keys and back seat, which i am selling. people listen wisley stay away from them they are con men and women dont listen to there promises there liars, i will picket them with anyone else if you want.. they are expert con artists. there cars are garbage and so are they, there own mom hates them for what they do i was told. im selling the back seat if anyone needs one for an expedition..... three 2 one three two 7 seven two eight seven. call if you wanna ban together.

Has anyone been hurt by these guys please contact me.. i wanna start a class action suit against them... i also wanna protest there business in front of there car lot.. or should I say LEMON stand..
Have you ever gone to there web site? Talk about fairytales... theres is like tales of the crypt.. and they wanna pay a happy customer money to find other people...lol.. so far they have gotten lets add it up......yep ZERO PEOPLE!!!! DONT LISTEN TO THERE LIES.. There web site is nothing but lies they dont give a crap about you just how much they can riip you off.... like to know what church they go to and tell the priest about them.. maybe perform an exorcist to ward the evil foreman outa there and this state....

$cost me $150.00 to get my things

This is an update on Foreman ( crooked motors) in Melbourne FL.
Well i got some of my things back actually more then i counted on by the repo people ( Brian) who owns AAA repo .. he is in with Foreman moptors also.. It cost me $150.00 to get back my stuff outa the car that I already own!! GPS, Papers, License Plate, Etc. I got it all back except a couple of small things .. wrenches, and GPS Mount for the window..Guess he needed it more.. it is a shame you have to pay for something you already own. and it was kinda scary.. first off we couldnt meet at his office or garage.. we had to meet someplace else in a parking lot.. then i couldnt look to see if i had everything, it was sealed in a box and i couldnt have the Box till he was paid the $150.00... some scam huh??? Here is something you'll like.. I also got a certified letter from Foreman (ripoff ) Motors...it says I can have my 1999 car back that has 287000 miles on it with a bad tranny and burns oil and rear end making noise.. welll they want me to pay ((get this))!! $8,500.00 toget it Back If you wanna see i have the paper to show you.. the vehicl isnt worth $3,000.00 in good condition i paid close to $2500.00 so far and now tack on the $8,500.00
lol.. OHHHH and also add the $500.00 repo towing fee which was less then 3 miles...some racket... but they did forget to get the Key I have for it, And I still Have the Hitch from it and the rear third Passenger seat.. which i will give to them no problem...Of course I will have to charge them storage and moving it to them.. hmmm i think a fair price is $300.00 plus delivery of $500.00... or ill just post it on cregs list and sell it, it looks brand new., and I just got the insurance money from when that lady hit me, i had collision from them, but i got the money instead it was in my name anyway around $3000.00 so in all i didnt lose much and now they have that headache and have to have it repaired and body work done.. lol serves them right
if they wanna sell it outright as is to me ill give them $600.00 for it.. but it will be used as either parts like take the 280,000 mile motor and put it in another vehicle with a bad motor that had lower miles so people will think they got a deal.. Thats how they work... make sure you get a CARFAX if you do go there.. and even then they know how to get around that.. like i been saying there Con artists, and in my eyes they should be made Cons in jail..But they know how work the system.. so please DONT GO TO THEM. go somplace respectful, i tried to leave my number so I can prove all I say but they wont let me do it on here...so try to email me at williamc at cfl.rr.com

So did it shimmy and did the transmission slip when you di a test drive before you bought it? You DID do a test drive didn't you? Did you have YOUR mechanic look it over before you bought it? The lemon law doesn't apply to used cars. This is 2012, not 1999. Once you drive it off the lot everything that goes wrong IS a warranty issue if you have a decent warranty which I doubt. Next time, have a used car checked out by someone you trust BEFORE you buy it.
