i ordered a tv from this co. the advetising stated a hd dvr recorder would be added free and would be shipped with the order. the next day i received a call from a company salesman who stated they could no longer ship tv,s with ups, and the new co shipping charges were $100.00 more in addition to the $250.00 i allready agreed to. i told them to cancel the order and they then stated that they would EAT the extra shipping charge. the salesman then asked if i needed any accessorys and i said no !! he then asked how i was going to place the tv for viewing(on the wall or on a stand) i said on the stand. he then said i would then need to purchase a stand for $100.00 as the tv does not have a stand. i said just ship the tv(i know it comes with a stand as i allready have the same one) the tv arrived with the stand, but no dvr. i called the company, and they stated the dvr was a promotional item and would be shipped within two weeks.after three months of calling about the wherabouts of the dvr they stated they had it in stock but i would have to pay $29.99 for shipping (probably about what is is worth) i told them to keep it. i notified the bbb of new york and filed a complaint (you should look at their web site about this company) this co is of course NOT registered with the bbb although they have many similar complaints. this did not give any positive results. do some research befor even thinking of using this company.
