I never thought, despite several recommendations that dealing with this company was going to be that hard.
They took 3 and a half weeks (yes, 24 days) to bring my car to El Paso from Alpine Texas which is only at 3 hrs!. They ended up paying almost 1000 worth of storage because they couldn't get anyone to bring a car to El Paso that had the licenses and paperwork updated to do this simple job. They refused to pay a rental car for the days I had no car. Their adjuster had to go twice to the dealer ship for supplementals because they didn't get it right from the first day.
They didn't return my phone calls on time!. I had to call them several times in order to get answers to my questions.
I am changing insurance today, I know, I will pay more, but I don't care.
Terrible auto insurance. THINK TWICE before you go with them.
