The Free product was a sony camcorder. I took the survey, then it said I had to order from one of the following companies, so I did. I received the products I paid for from the advertising company and was satisfied. So now I expected my free camcorder.
Yah right!! Ok so I thought i'd give them time. Emailed their abuse email address 2 times over a month. Never heard from them.
