Customer is asked to REVIEW a package and allowed to cancel during the TRIAL PERIOD before their bank account is charged. FUNNY how the consumer FINALLY receives the package PAST THE TRIAL PERIOD and when you call to cancel, "Whoops! Sorry, you're too late!" One marketer sells many packages that SOUNDS like you only have to cancel ONE PACKAGE but this is not the case. Distinct Advantage is hooked up with Freedom Gold. My bank account was charged $59.95 for DA & then, INCREDIBLE, $149.00 for Freedom Gold where I NEVER even received a package to review. If you would like to speak to the most unresourceful and RUDEST Customer Service people, give them a call. They will snottily rote read you their Policy & Procedures; make you speak in circles and say, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do about it". They are very slick and cagey when asked who the Corporate people are, i.e. President's etc. so that you can address your problem to them via letter but they say "There are many Presidents and Investors".... I am willing to speak to any reporter, media, lawyer, etc. and supply them with dates, names, documentation, etc. about basically a company that is allowed to STEAL A PERSON'S MONEY based on internal POLICIES & PROCEDURES. Unbelievable. What has America come to?
When I told them that I was a Customer that simply was dissatisfied with a product (that I never used) and wanted to return it, how can they possibly say, "Too bad?!?!? We can't do anything about it now". I am so over the top ballistic that this company can get away with these practices. I have filed with the BBB and now I will file with the FL Attorney General.
