In my case, none of it could appear more legitimate from all the pictures in my photo albums being scanned and altered in order to make it appear that nothing was altered, to giving me chemicals without my knowledge, leaving me oblivious to what was being done right under my nose. I became a sick, psychotic nightmare (med records available), which also allowed this group to exploit me as crazy while humiliating me with hidden cameras. Computer was networked with documents and email being altered and distributed. Phones tapped, car tracked.
The goal of severing every tie to me since childhood was accomplished. That way, no one would care or come looking for me if I vanished, which as I have claimed all along, is exactly what almost happened more than once. I remain unemployed, home business destroyed, vehicles switched (verified VIN altering) and/or trashed, living in fear of my life, in a hell I once called home. Kept monitored with attempts to seek help or report this intercepted and sabotaged.
In the beginning, I reported this as an elder abuse, real estate theft, and insurance fraud operation with sewer vandalism at the core. I uncovered forged (verified) legal documents, heard about insurance claims and mold lawsuits. Fires are common. The excessive number of deaths that follow this group all appear to be legitimate, however, due to being left with no doubt that this group is behind the deaths of my family members, I no longer find that to be coincidental. I know first hand what they are capable of.
The discovery of fraudulent legal documents for my family's estate properties in anticipation for what was about to happen, magnify those suspicions. They named my former life insurance agent, one of the ringleaders, Successor Trustee regardless of being in an Irrevocable Trust. Trusting this man as well as his attorney, as anyone should be able to, resulted in this man taking financial, emotional and physical advantage of me as the horrors were being carried out.
At the same time, he was also exploiting me to everyone possible, in order to convince them I was crazy which I was, as long as the chemicals continued being given to me without my knowledge I was out of my mind. That is how he intended on stepping into his role having me deemed crazy. He would have ended up owning the 2 rental properties as well as my house next door without paying 1 cent, as evidenced by the trail of fraud. This explains the years of his so-called friendship as I was a caregiver to family. He had taken my life over. My family members paid the ultimate price, as this was ready for the next phase when he hired me to work for him. Theft and vandalism continued while I was at work. The exploitation continued.
It was an accident I got away before being eliminated. Not knowing what had happened to my home, belongings or me, or why no one would speak to me, I vowed to find out. It has been over 3 yrs and what I uncovered goes beyond belief. That is why I am leaving this information here in public, where all can read. Where I am hoping that someone will step in and intervene or get this into the appropriate hands. Please.
Most of my belongings were switched with broken/inferior items; original tile in kitchen and bathroom torn out and replaced; same with flooring. Built-in cabinets switched; doors, windows, moldings switched. Entire house rewired. Cracked foundation of home, cracked sidewalk, new cement in back yard. Clamps in basement holding up floor. Roof taller with bigger and rotted rain gutters. Lawn lumpy and strange things growing out of it; flower beds extending far beyond what they once did. All seams throughout my home caulked and uneven. What in hell happened?!? Neighbors claimed not to have seen or heard anything pictures indicated I dreamed this!?!
I never did believe that the sewer floods on my property occurring from 1996 to 2000 were accidental or not somehow connected to the ongoing sewer and plumbing problems next door, on the rental properties. Or the Laundromat in the alley. These floods were being deemed the result of negligence in sewer maintenance. Upon later seeing aerial views of these properties, I could see that whatever had gone on was all connected; the lawns had been excavated. I got my shovel and dug next to the sewer vent that until then, I could not figure out why it looked different. It had been switched.
THAT was the cause of the sewer floods vandalism! This is how all of this begins. Signing the risk analyst's release form, is the trap. Once signed, claims cannot be made under a homeowner's policy for anything that is later discovered or damaged as a result of a sewer flood(s.) Refusing to sign left my belongings sitting in toxic filth for 2 days. A full-time caregiver at the time, this was beyond devastating I had no choice but to sign. That is when the horrors, beginning with the clean-up and repair people, began. I am now close to being left homeless.
Providing the City of Fresno with a list of addresses where this same vandalism (tile and excavating) had been carried out was not wanted, regardless than an investigation would result in finding a pattern of nearby sewer floods, ambulances (for elderly), police reports, robberies, insurance claims, law suits, fires, foreclosures, ID theft, etc. with the same cast behind it. (Same risk analyst? Same insurance adjuster? Same life ins agent?)
To further support my claims of the real estate portion of this, I provided verified copies of fraudulent and forged (verified) legal documents by the same parties. Out of 15 addresses, I personally know of 3 fires, several sewer floods, and 2 foreclosures. The City's only concern is in claiming "not their job" and slamming the door.
After INSISTING upon taking responsibility in the beginning as they repaired surface damages. I was set up. As for the Laundromat next door, I cannot locate the owner whose building has also been vandalized in this manner walls taken down and put back up; re-roofed with extended eaves; ground dug up all around building; new cement and patches. Deed to property has questionable signatures that need to be verified. Vacant lot across street was excavated.
As a matter of interest, the insurance agent (and former employee for the City of Fresno) was buying vacant lots from the City of Fresno and having them excavated before re-selling them. They are getting into the sewer lines for a reason.
At this point, due to the City of Fresno repeatedly taking responsibility for the faulty gas and sewer lines on these 4 properties, a fire or explosion would not be questioned. And that, as I have also said all along, is what it appears was (and still might) about to happen. The evidence is everywhere. Including the risk analyst's pictures that she is withholding they prove she was lying from day 1. Insurance would/will pay the multi-million dollar claim for the clean-up and reconstruction as well as belongings that were switched with inferior/broken look-alikes. Fraudulent legal documents were already prepared, which is how this group acquires property. Verified.
With all the sewer lines at my house having been replaced with rotted trash and a recent mold test indicating heavy contamination in my house as I have been left with no way to repair or protect myself from further damages, I am living in a time bomb. Also run off the rental properties due to a MOLD problem, at a loss of $1 million. Others were run off in the same manner, resulting in foreclosure. Others seem to have disappeared as their signatures continue to be forged.
The walls of my home, inside and out, are crumbling. There are no previous layers of paint beneath these coats proving that all my walls were taken down and put back up. My entire house is smaller! With no witnesses or pictures to back that up, I could not sound any crazier. Trying to use aerial views as proof, proved impossible, as it appeared that nothing had been changed anywhere near here.
Until recently figuring out the technique. It begins with homes being re-roofed with extended eaves on 2-4 sides. The walls are then taken down and put back up in a manner that leaves the entire structure smaller. Impossible to detect by aerial views. Had I not lived here so long, I would not have questioned the shapes, placement of driveways, trees, garages that now, could not appear more legitimate.
Going back to aerial views, year by year, the slow and methodical manner this is being carried out can be seen in preparation for what is to come. Once recognized, these areas are quite easy to see lawns end up looking identical all brighter, same color. Awnings/tarps are a familiar sight. New cement and patchwork. What appears to be enlarged flower beds are actually the result of the house no longer standing where it once did. The perfectly aligned driveways and walkways are another clue, especially here in the Tower Dist. If I am already called a liar about what I said was done to my house, imagine reporting that this was done to nearly every house on every block, everywhere near here. I was/am the last one on my block to be taken down.
The angles at which these aerial views are taken are extremely important. For instance, my neighbor recently poisoned the grass down the entire middle of her newly-expanded driveway. She also poisoned the grass along the entire side of my house. Despite the fact that several feet of my house were taken off in addition to the alterations made to her home that turned her driveway into twice the width, she has had 2 junk vehicles parked up against my wall. In aerial views, they appear to be on her property. This latest stunt with the poison is for that same purpose it will appear that all the dead lawn is her property and that nothing has been altered. The view changes at ground level.
The City of Fresno is quick to act when they find evidence of building or upgrades being done without a permit; they don't think twice about shutting down projects or rentals that do not meet code. As they carry out an operation as despicable as this, working hand-in-hand with this group SEWER VANDALISM BEING AT THE CORE OF ALL OF IT! Building permits were not obtained in order to dismantle and rebuild any of these structures. Nor were they obtained to remove central air units from one property in order to install on another. No permits for re-roofing, electrical work, excavating, relocating sewer and/or gas lines.
Aerial views DO indicate the approximate dates of these remodeling jobs the finished product has not yet been inspected. Who authorized this work. It is all part of the turnover process. 30+ years worth, by an insurance agent who once worked for the City of Fresno. Combining his expertise in both fields resulted in this. Also an estate planner whose favorite motto is, you can't live for the dead as he takes what others worked lifetimes for.
Conspiring with estate attorneys and altering clients legal documents distributing assets to people whose names are being forged. Where are these people!?! His associate, who forges his ex-wife # 2's name informed me I was finally going to meet her, IN ANOTHER WORLD! The insurance agent's wife (who denied knowing my neighbor who she worked with at IRS) told me she was not going to attend her sibling's funeral, just like my siblings would not be attending mine. I have a list of people I suspect were victims of these people imagine what an investigation of 30 yrs would uncover.
To continue being called a liar and crazy by law enforcement is no longer acceptable. Every citizen of Fresno is in danger as a result of what this group is running. Sewer vandalism is a very serious crime for many reasons. Lawns and new cement need to be picked back up to see what is being done. I believe it will be found that this operation is behind millions of dollars worth of sewer repairs/upgrades as well as Fresno's so-called, water shortage.
It is affecting our farmlands and appears to be tied into the current water issue headed toward Table Mtn. where the ringleaders own property and where the fraud has already begun. With homes in Fresno being filled by people involved in this, carrying out financial fraud that will never be detected unless this is investigated, the building continues to move north, as though it is needed. WATER is needed to continue building. And the horrors that accompany that.
Unless this is looked into, Fresno could be headed for a worst disaster than has already been incurred as a result of this group. What are they doing to our sewer system! Please help.
COPY TO PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC
When I recently dug up a gas line that appeared to be rotting, someone was sent out to check. I told him that my meter appeared to have been relocated as well. He assured me that it had not been. Yes, it has.
In fact, the meters on every house in every neighborhood around here have been relocated. It took me 3 1/2 yrs to figure out what has been going on right under my nose. At first, it was impossible to see the major reconstruction that has systematically been going on by using aerial views. That is due to the roofs of every home being re-done, with extended eaves.
What is seen at ground level is a far cry from what is seen on aerial views. At least until figuring out the technique. The changes and alterations can then be backtracked. Driveways, walkways are slowly altered, trees relocated, property lines altered. But the biggest and most obvious piece of evidence is the widening of streets without any notification. That includes Olive Ave., right through the Tower Dist., lined with storefront properties.
It was during 2000, when the road was closed for 1 yr for a sewer upgrade. No one said anything because the people involved in this already took that area over. (Names and rotation pattern all linked to ringleaders.) Outsiders were so grateful to have the road reopened I doubt that anyone noticed. My family owned 2 of those storefront properties before this group ran us off.
This explains all the cracked and broken glass, cracked cement, broken neon, showcases torn down and put back together in horrible condition. This is an operation linked to forged (verified) legal documents, real estate theft, insurance fraud, IRS fraud, ID theft, VIN altering (verified), sewer vandalism, suspected arson, suspected homicide, missing person(s), and more. No help from local agencies. This has been going on for over 30 yrs - I am too far outnumbered to get beyond the corruption.
This is an extremely serious situation involving tampering with and relocating every gas line on every property, in this area. Easily verified by looking at aerial views.
