FS-Hoodia BurnFat, Lean RX, Lean Life PM RipOff dishonest fraudulent billing Ontario California

I too was scammed by Burnfat, LeanRX, Lean Life PM, etc. (many different names same company). I was billed the trial BurnFat2/Hoodia shipping $1.99 in Mar. 2006 then charged the $97.41 in Apr. and when calling customer service said I would be reimbursed after product was sent back. (the $97.41 was charged 20 days before even receiving the product) which was sent back the next day and never to see the refund promised and the original phone number disconnected shortly afterwards.

Then months later Aug. 2006 a charge from FS-Hoodia BurnFat for $69.95, then reimbursed in Sept. with a replaced charge of $79.95 from LeanRX. When calling either phone number (800)566-0959 or (800)296-2029 was put through voice message and no return call or refund.

So I've been doing a little investigating the name of the billing company is Nova Point. I also have other numbers relating to these companies. But my suggestion is that everyone first file a report with the California Attorney General's Office, The Dept of Justice because they supposedly have not had any reports filed about this company.
