FTD Florists Fail on Valentines Day Downers Grove Illinois

So the biggest flower holiday of the year is Valentines Day. Trying to be the best boyfriend I could be I purchased flowers on February 8, 2013 from FTD for delivery on Valentines Day, February 14, 2013. I went so far as to sign up for the Gold Membership with FTD. Well as I'm sure you can guess, they never arrived. I never received a telephone call, email or anything stating that there was going to be an issue. After numerous phone calls and email attempts to contact FTD I received an email at 7:42 PM. Below is the email I received. Who would have guessed that there would be high traffic and volume on Valentines Day? This is unacceptable! Do not place yourself in the same position I was placed in by relying on them to meet their responsibilities on the most important flower holiday of the year.
