i ordered flowers for valentines day back on feb 8.. FTD did not send the correct address to UPS and they werent delivered on feb 14.. UPS confirmed the address with both me and the recipient but sent the flowers to an unknown address in another city the next day, then told me they could get them there 4 days later.. i informed them that the flowers would be dead by them and to send them back.. i called FTD and got some new flowers at a discount to be delivered feb 19.. never got my discount and the flowers were wilted when they arrived not FTD just gives me the run around when i call.. i have spent hours on the phone with them trying to get what they promised.. they also have a guarentee that they flowers will be fresh which they were not but none the less they will not adhere to their own policies.. i have never had so much trouble sending flowers and will never use FTD again.. buyer beware!! be very aware!!!
