FTDNA Customer Service Failure Houston Texas
FTDNA (Family Tree DNA) hosts a plethora of Projects by surname. One of these Projects is the so-called "Fuller DNA Project." Each Project has an Administrator. Getting into the Fuller DNA Project is impossible since the Administrator seems to have better things to do than administrate. Complaining to FTDNA about this problem yields zero results.... They (FTDNA Customer Service) appears to be powerless in its oversight of the Administrator of the Fuller DNA Project. Furthermore, FTDNA Customer Service is anything but "customer service." You are lucky to get a timely response from them, and despite the above problem having festered since January of 2013 (at least), they have yet to resolve it. In short, they Fail; where "they" are both the Administrator of the Fuller DNA Project and FTDNA Customer Service itself.
Needless to say, my experience over the course of the past 4 months has been very frustrating, very angering, incredibly time-wasting, and all of it due to what can only be described as supreme incompetence on the part of the Adminstrator of the Fuller DNA Project as well as FTDNA itself where, by definition, the buck stops. I have never encountered any service as bad as this.
