Called FTD on August 3 to have flowers delivered on my anniversary, August 9. They don't deliver on Sundays, so I agreed to have the flowers delivered on August 8. Flowers hadn't arrived by 4:00 on August 8, so I called FTD. They said that they had changed the delivery date to August 14. Having flowers delivered 5 days after my anniversary doesn't work.

refund is a little late.

What good is asking for a refund? You never get anyone who can help on the phone. You only get someone saying that they will get back to you later. And what if you never know if they delivered your flowers. FTD is lazy and will rip you off.
