FUNDS TRANSFER ALLIANCE BLUE-PAY AND FIRST DATA NEVER NEVER EVER LEASE CREDIT CARD MACHINE FROM THESE COMPANIES PHOENIX, Arizona

FUNDS TRANSFER ALLIANCE contacted us with great savings on credit card machine service. after many charts and graphs showing savings with them we had contract sent. missed part on page listing equipment lease. one month later a separate statement from FIRST DATA for $127.00 monthly fee and  4 year non-cancellable  agreement. called sales person and asked about it and why it wasn't explained and her reply was YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT. we felt locked in and continued to pay for 27 months and started readings of similar complaints about FTA and FIRST DATA. we cancelled our service with FTA and got a cancellation fee notice from BLUE-PAY out of no where. we paid that fee then started getting threat letters from FIRST DATA to pay off lease or they'll attack our credit history. we paid $3456.00 in a 27 month period for a machine that honest service providers charge $250-350 out right for. that wasn't even full term on lease which would end up at $6096.00. now i ask what savings did they save us NONE our credit card service with lease doubled our expenses.

 so stay away from FUNDS TRANSFER ALLIANCE and their newly acquired name BLUE-PAY and above all stay away from FIRST DATA the lease payment ripoff pro's. we are now waiting for our attorneys and state attorney general opinion on case, hoping for class action suite or just shut down of theses deceptive practices.
