After trying their trial offer and not being satisfied, I called to cancel account and any further orders. When I found out they had already taken out $79 from my acct. I asked how to get it back. They told me they had to receive back any additional bottles and that I had already been mailed one. Which I had not. A couple days later another bottle came in the mail. I called to tell them it came and what did I need to do. They told me to return it with all the information I had. After returning it with a Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt I waited the 2 days to call in to see if they had gotten it. They had but then they told me I had to fax them a copy of the confirmation receipt. When I did they again told me I would be put on their priority list and should receive my refund in the mail within 5 to 7 business days. It has now been well over 30 and I still don't have it. They keep telling me they don't have any control over the refund dept. and they can't help me except that they will write a report to the refund dept.
