This report contains three cases of deceitfulness My mother took out a mortage out on her house first with Fairbanks, then they sold the loan to Select Portfolio. Now she did this under false conditions because my mother could not read and had dementria her mind was not right at the time when she signed the contract, but by the time I found out I had left my job and gave up my house that I had for my children thinking me and my children had a place to stay a house that we had stayed in for 20 some odd years. My children her grand children, her great-grandchildren were born in but by the I came to take care fo her it was too late her mortage had lapsed she had no insurence, no taxes included, her payments only went to her interest only.

Now tell me why would you give a 80+ year old senior citizen a 30 year morgtage with a adjustable rateat 9.25% interest rate with nothing included in that and no life insurance to make sure her mortage was coverd and by the time they did offer it, it was to late. You can just imagine as time went on me tring to save our house talking to diffrent people getting different opinions on what to do >Panic set in because I had nothing to help me. Then Boom my mother dies she got tired she went into depression because she didn't know what she had done and it killed her. We had lost everthing mom, grand-mother, great-grandmother, home, income, life, our only option MOVE nothing left but 500.00$ to help us to get out and a good luck. we had to move we had to leave a house that we have known our whole lives. Then I finally was able to afford to move and had a little money left over. So I fell victim to Kensington Consulting group I let them into my savings account to take out money for grants that they told me I would be able to recieve thinking I can start over again me a my children can have a new life ahead I can start school, a start a business, get money to help me by a house all those things. Then to my suprise Nothing they gave me nothing now what now I'm out $300.00 and their not even answering their phone because I have not been able to get in contact with anyone to help me .
