to all of you who have been or still are a victim of Fairbanks Capital they have rewritten the books on identity changes. The company now calls themselves Select Portfolio Servicing Inc.I too was a victim but managed to find a wonderful person who helped myself and my husband get away with these crooks. She worked for 5 months on getting our loan bought away from them and now we have a lower interest rate and escrow for homeowners insurance ,which I might add we could not afford because of the high payment to this leach of a company.
If anyone is willing to do alot of homework she can help you too. Good Luck to you all and I will whatch this sight for anyone who needs her help.

I am a financial professional and I have several clients being abused by this company. I can't seem to help them, If you have found someone who has been successful against this company I would like to speak to them. Maybe I can refer my clients to them for help.

We have been in foreclosure proceedings twice with Fairbanks Capital. Reasons are duplicate of what I've been reading at this website. They started foreclosure proceedings, we proved our payments but the investigation took one year.
Without notice, Fairbanks decided to initiate second foreclosure proceedings on monies not able to be accepted while investigation going on. Lot's of illegal and imaginary fees. They completely disregarded a reaffirmation agreement made with former server.
It's a mess. Lot's of stress. Right now I managed to get an evidentiary hearing set before a Federal Bankruptcy Judge. We filed Chapter 13 with only our mortgage as creditors involved to stop this foreclosure and get someone to finally see what is being done to this family. Our money just gets eaten up by Fairbanks and their fees and penalties. I've been handling this pro se.
