Complaint Review: Fairbanks - Select Portfolio Servicing SPS
Fairbanks - Select Portfolio Servicing SPS3815 South West Temple Salt Lake City, Utah U.S.A.
Fairbanks - Select Portfolio Servicing SPS ripoff scams you into default, into foreclosure and scams on the forbearance agreement too Salt Lake City Utah
When we really do have a financial crisis and truely get behind they send us the ugly foreclosure notice. We got offered the forbearance agreement which required monthly payments of over $2,000.00 a month (there went christmas)
Well we couldnt do it so the forbearance was executed and the foreclosure notice was here again.
We got into a 2nd forbearance agreement which is a little less monthly but still very high AND it includes bogus late fee's and attorney fee's and foreclosure cost. THEY CANNOT DO THAT.
PLUS: The down payment we paid on the first forbearance was never applied !!!!!! I cannot find it anywhere in my calculations or on my statements !!!!!!!!!!! Where did it go? It was nearly $1,500.00
HAVE A LAWYER LOOK OVER EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU AGREE IN WRITING TO THESE CROOKS !!!!!!!!!!
Good luck to all of you - and don't be afraid - get educated and get even!!
