Fairbanks Capitol Aka Calmco, Olympus, DLJ, They stole our home of 17 years and we are homeless now!!!!!! ripoff con-artists took us for all we had Jacksonville Florida .....
Our home of seventeen years was stolen from us by these crooks, we are now homeless and have had a civil case in the superior court for over a year, but we will have a jury trail on November 24, 2003. Our loan was with Litton Loan and then sold to Calmco, Olympus, Fairbanks Capitol, We even have a rescind notice clearing us of everything but no one would listen.
how we found oout our home was stolen, a broker was taking pictures out front of the house and my daughter came and got me and said mom there is a lady outside taking pictures of our house so I go see and the lady stands on my front porch of seventeen years and tells me our house was foreclosed on and sold at public auction but did not sale and she is here to get it ready to sell. Well that was on september 28, 2001 and it has been a nightmare ever since.
We spent all our live savings with lawyers and court fees. I have tired contacting every news media I can think of but no one will listen so if this gets us help. You can rebutt this till hell freezes over but the truth is the truth these people are crooks.

Finally someone has asked to help. This is a very long story if you could contact us by phone I can send you our case that we filed in the Pasadena Supreme Court Northeast District. We had to show cause and we did and in this brief it explains what Fairbanks did not do and what we did step by step. Our case is a unlawful foreclouser. This brief well explain step by step what took place that led up to the sherriffs taking us out of our home of seventeen years. It is still a shock to us and it has been three years this last June. We lost our American Dream because no one would help. We had several lawyers look at our case and they thought it was a great case and we where in the right but they can't take a case like this on contingency they needed 5,000.00 retainer we did that with one lawyer and we got took. We then had a parallegal helping us pro per and that was 8,000 dollars. Well when it came time to go to trial we needed a lawyer in the court room, and that lawyer wanted 10,000 retainer and it was going to cost probably 30,000.00 dollars and the parallegal did not tell that we would have to have a lawyer at the trail and so that is why the lawyer had to charge so much because of all the last minute work hours he would have to do. I could go on forever about the things that where done wrong and the unjustice that we have had to deal with.
So I think it would be better if I could send the brief and I what to thank you for answering our prayers.

Its has been three years since Fairbanks took our home of seventeen years, the class action suit gave us nothing we only owed 127,000.00 on our lowan and they sold our house for 215,000.00.We have been homeless, cannot rent because of the foreclosure and unlawful detainer we have spent thousands of dollars on legal fees, the money is gone the home is gone I now know how the Katrina victims feel. One day you have your home and family together wether by mother nature or by man you turn around and it is all gone. We have contacted FTC they say all the money has been sent out and there is no more left. we received nothing we filed our onw lawsuit pro per but when it came to the hearing we needed a lawyer so once again we where slapped in the face. I have done everything possible to get these crooks but it takes money and someone to help us fight. I have notified the media when it first started but the war started and of course that was more important. Please if there is anyone out there that can help us like a great pro bono lawyer we would be forever greatful. Thank You David and Mary Kay Goldsmith
