Hi my name is Chris. I have worked for fairfield since I was 18. I am now 24. I've worked in many different offices for fairfield and other companys in the timeshare industry like consolidated and others. I have been a witness to more fraud and misrepresentation , and abuse to employees than I would have ever thought possable. I have witnessed (as you can tell Im not an english major by my spelling)anyways, I have witnessed actual felony crimes committed by these fairfield / timeshare employees. I've seen top sales people inform people that they didnt have to pay anything for six months, no payments,no maintenince, or interest. That was told by numirus sales agents but one inparticular named Garth Gunderson top sales for that office. so you know a lot of folks were dupped into that. Imagine there suprise when they get a bill in 30 days. I've also SEEN Garth Gunderson and other employees SIGHN the NOTICE OF RECISION document!!! breaking the law there big time!!! for those who dont know what this paper is its the document that tells you your rights to CANCEL. some agents either hide or take out that document, now that the company needs that paper to get it sighned the employees are sighning them and never giving the owners that paper. I would say its a problem with the peopole on the sales line and not the managers but the managers are fully aware and TURN THIER HEADS witch to me thats just as bad of a crime as the salesperson sighning it. I've gone to managment several times and was fired for my statements. This is a good product but its being ruined by criminals that work there!!! They tell people so many lies I cant even list them all!!! From showing penthouse units and telling the people that those are regular 2 bedroom units to telling people unrealistic ways to use thier program. examples telling buyers that they can get more time than they could get. telling buyers that there are properties that they can trade to or that they own that are not even the same company or even in the timeshare buisness. telling people that they can use there ownership for shopping and buy other travel with the program buy just usining a couple thousand points ( strait out lie!!) everyone knows it would take 400,000 points to buy an airline ticket thats approx it can be a little more or less. That is about 3 weeks of vacation. an employee would tell you that you could get 3 months worth or more out of that!!! Lets now talk about mangment. not only are they breaking laws with the paperwork but also unethical practices with employees. example the project director MARK V. of fairfield Maui, took out a married woman while her husband calls and calls, got her drunk at the bar next to the office the hard rock cafe in lahaina center to be exact then brought her back for a meeting so intoxicated that he let her sleep in the back room while the meeting was going on... then after the meeting he took her in his car and had sex with her. she was so ashamed of this and afraid of what her husband would do (hes not only my friend but hes also an MMA Fighter) so she lied to her husband trying to save her own family. they're now getting a divorce over this and the situation to me looks like someone is getting away with RAPE!!! there is also another employee by the name of Mike aka curly. Curly is a drug addict ( i can prove this cause I know of the people that deal to him) and takes women in the office and abuse's them phisically and mentally. the only thing i can explane this situation is that he is out of his mind and out of control from the drugs(cocaine, and meth). Steve epstien is another manager that has gotten better since Ive thretened him myself for his abuse towards my family. Ive also witnesses sexual harasment in this and other offices ive worked. I can go on forever just about this office... this is the tip of the iceberg... If people have problems getting out of thier timeshare to contact me and I'll help them the best I can to contact the right people to get taken care of.
