Fall Creek Security Tad Taylor/Ed Hearn Wrongfully terminated /scam artists Midland, Texas

I was hired in august of '09 and fired in december. i enjoyed the job and was in need of one to help pay bills little did i know it required more hours that planned and a boss with a complex. Tad Taylor was my supervisor and he was nice at first but the his true side came out. He seemed to abuse his power. After refusing to leave my boyfriend and date him he fired me saying i was insubornate. He even told me the night he fired me that i was "Fu**ing fired".  I was unaware that your boss was able to say things like that. I called Ed Hearn to explain the situation and he sided with Tad saying if we couldn't get along i was indeed fired. I was so shocked and hurt cause i really like my job, plus i had to two boys to feed at home. Also what has been reported about this company not truly checking the building three times per contract is very true. Several nights I was instructed by Tad Taylor to go home early or that another check on a building wasn't necessary. Also on the nights that he would work for me since i was the only employee at the time he would be at a friends of his house watching tv for hours and falsely putting times on paper that he was doing a building check.  It seems if you did play by his rules and spoke up over things that didn't seem to be right he would fire you. I have had two friends work for him that were fired for outlandish reasons. This company should have its license take and Tad Taylor should have to answer for his misuse of power!
