No payments were made since August 2008 to my creditor and that payment was sent to FCCC in June 2008. None of my payments were paid that I sent in since June 2008.
In October I called FCCC for a payoff balance, I sent it in and thought I was debt free after 2.5 years of paying. Today, by looking up FCCC on the internet I found this information about them closing and not paying their clients creditors.
I am not debt free and I called my creditor and found out none of my payments were paid to my creditor, since June.
I am very upset and would appreciate any input as to how to deal with this issue. I will call Coral Springs Police and BBB to see if they can direct me on what to do.
