recently purchased a phone for xmas the phone froze up the day after i paid my 1st months bill sent phone in for a replacement phone Jan 25th still have yet to receive my phone they said 5-7 business days..been on hold for 60mins with customer service and still didn't get the issue resolved was on hold for a manager and one never came to the phone..
