I chose to cancel service with this company because I can only pick up service in certain parts of the country. When I call the Family Mobile hotline, I am connected to someone who barely speaks English. They will not cancel your service over the phone or by email. You actually have to go into a Walmart to pay your final bill and cancel service because the reps at Family Mobile are so stupid.
